Horses are available for sale or lease. Half leasing onsite for $300 per month, full leasing available onsite/offsite for $550 per month. Onsite includes board, vet, farrier expenses, offsite leasing does not. Onsite leasing requires you to enroll in weekly lessons at an additional fee. No horses will be leased onsite without participating in the lesson program.

Village Farm practices full disclosure on all sales. We will be completely frank on suitability of the horse for you. If the horse has any issues no matter how minor we will disclose them. We all know that there is no perfect horse and no matter what horse you choose there will be issues ... we just want them out in the open going in. Good luck in your horse search!
