is prohibited anywhere on the property. NO SMOKING. |

rooms are for staff only. |

horses to be left unattended in cross ties. |
| Jogging
machine is operated by staff only. |
| Approved
(ASTM/SEI certified) helmets required for all mounted riders. |
| Children
under 12 must have adult supervision. |
| Our
staff is not responsible for removing halters for turnout. |
| No
parking on paved courtyard of Abbedale barn or by the house. |
| Two
hour limit for horses requiring solo turnout. |
| All
must clean up after yourself and your horse & put items in their
place. |
| Do
not use hose in front of Washington barn to hose horses. |
| Emergencies:
vet is called at your expense if you cannot be reached. |
| Any
unnesessary reprimanding to a horse WILL NOT be tolerated. |

| Riders
have the right of way. You must seek permission before longeing. |
| No
turnout in the arenas - DO NOT LET YOUR HORSES ROLL IN ARENAS! |

| Board
is due on the 1st and is LATE on the 6th. $25 LATE FEE. |
| Do
not use anyone else's tack, brushes, sprays or supplements. Label
items. |
| We
are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. |
| All
riders must sign a liability release form. |
| DO
NOT FEED barn cats and your dogs must be leashed. |
| Speeding
will not be tolerated. 10mph (respect horses, dogs & children) |
| If
you are the last to leave turn off the lights in your barn/arena. |
| Keep
your stall front neat and tidy. Extra items should not be here! |
Announce
yourself with "DOOR" before entering the indoor from
at least 20'. |
No
one is permitted in Rebecca's tack room without permission. |
If
you leave the farm for a temporary extended stay at another location
we will not hold your stall unless you continue paying the monthly
rate. Discounts available if showing with the farm in Wellington. |
